Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Every subscription starts free

Both paid subscriptions (Solo buyer at $3.99 per month or $29 per year, Seller at $14 per month or $120 per year) start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. The first charge happens only when the trial ends.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the subscription page inside the app, which opens your Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not automatically refund the unused remainder of a billing period.

3. When we refund

  • Always: duplicate charges, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, and clear billing errors.
  • On request: if something went wrong, for example a technical problem stopped you from using what you paid for, or the first charge of a new subscription did not meet your expectation, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@upfrontplan.com with the phone number on your account and, if you have it, the receipt number from your Paddle email. Billing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so the charge on your statement appears from Paddle, and approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Invited buyers

Buyers invited by a seller never pay anything, so there is never anything to refund on that side.

6. Questions
